Harmonic Reciprocity Systems was founded in 2023 by Alex Baker with a vision of a future where incentive structures are based on relationships, not just individual effort.
Prior to founding HRSystems, Alex completed their Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at Michigan Technological University.
